My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space to discuss any anxieties, worries or concerns and to provide education and resources so families can make decisions that feel right for them.
Birth Support
As your doula, I offer a comprehensive range of comforts during labor and delivery, such as counter pressure, hip squeezes, aromatherapy, breathing techniques, massage, positioning techniques, emotional and informational support, and much more. Moreover, I understand the financial considerations of this important time, and thus, I provide flexible payment plans to ensure that you can receive the care you need, without any financial strain. Because I firmly believe that everyone deserves access to a doula, please find below the packages I offer, crafted to support you through this transformative journey.

Complete Birth Support

Included in this package is:

Phone consultation

2 Prenatal visits- to get to know one another, discuss your pregnancy, preferences and goals for your birth, practice comfort techniques, go over phases and stages of labor, advocacy, breastfeeding basics, and anything else you may need to feel prepared for your upcoming birth.

A detailed birth plan I create for you based on our conversation, free for you to edit in anyway you see fit.

Virtual support via phone/text/email anytime

Compassionate support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and delivery

24/7 on-call service starting at 38 weeks

Continuous in-person physical, emotional, and informational support during labor

Care immediately after birth- I will stay with you 1-3 hours after the birth to assist with the first feeding if needed, and make sure everyone is settled in

Photos taken at your request

One postpartum follow-up visit usually done within the first week or two after delivery, to go over how you feel about your birth experience. I can also help with any feeding issues you might be having during this visit, and give any referrals you may need.

This package includes one prenatal visit and a virtual postpartum visit, a great option for repeat clients or experienced parents.
