Bereavement Support

Always Here For You

Hi, I’m Christa. As a grieving parent myself, I understand the profound pain and heartbreak that comes with the loss of a child, or the fear and uncertainty when faced with devastating news during pregnancy. My work as a Certified Birth and Bereavement Doula is to walk beside you during these incredibly difficult moments, offering compassionate, personalized support.

Support During Pregnancy Loss

Whether you have just received news of a missed miscarriage, a devastating diagnosis, or are experiencing stillbirth, miscarriage, or neonatal loss, I am here to gently support you. I provide:

  • Emotional presence, reassurance, and guidance during pregnancy, labor, or delivery under any circumstances

  • Help navigating medical, emotional, and logistical complexities

  • Resources to support your healing process

Remembrance and Keepsakes

I also help families honor and remember their little one with meaningful keepsakes, including:

  • Certificate of life

  • Handcrafted hat and blanket

  • 3D castings of hands and/or feet

  • Hand and foot prints

  • Photographs

  • Keepsake jewelry made using ashes, hair, flowers, fabric, birthstones, or breastmilk

  • Other personalized mementos tailored to your family

Support for Pregnancies After Loss

Pregnancies after loss bring their own joys, fears, and complexities. I offer ongoing support for families navigating:

  • Anxiety, fear, or heightened emotional needs in subsequent pregnancies

  • Planning for birth and postpartum after a previous loss

  • Preparation, reassurance, and advocacy to help you feel empowered and safe
